I TOTALLY know what you mean about a hat staying up in the wind out here. Man. We moved here from Utah where the mountains guarded us from the wind. Before that, I grew up in PA, once again the mountain effect taking care of the wind. Since moving here to Kansas, I've been blown away - literally! It just NEVER stops!
