Mini Giveaway Winner!

And the winner, as generated by Randomizer.org, is.....

LIN!

Give me a shout-out with your address and I'll get this package on its way to you!

Thank you to everyone who entered my mini-giveaway... keep watching my blog, as there will be another giveaway in a few weeks. I enjoy the giveaways as much (if not more!) than you do.

I also want to thank everyone who has followed my blog over this wintry Kansas weekend. My DSL has been intermittent, and I haven't had the opportunity to get to your blogs. I am still without power and running the essentials (you know, the refrigerator, the TV...) with a small generator. This lil powerade has been a godsend for us. Thank goodness my hubby bought this little gem a few years ago. This would be our first chance to use it, and quite frankly, even though we owe a refrigerator-full of food to this generator, I hope we don't have to use it anytime soon.

I will be ever so thankful when the electric is back, so I can cook food, and do laundry, and clean house.

Seriously.

  1. You got our ugly weather, and another storm just left us headed your way.

We had 65 mile an hour winds yesterday and woke to ice, snow and rain.

Of course Denver will get it first and may die out, but then again it could gain speed and hit you with force.

  2. Hope the electricity comes back on soon for you. Stay warm until then. (You're in our prayers!)

  3. Thanks Susan!
I never win ANYTHING! so this is a nice change for me!
I didn't realize you are without power for so long. That has got to be so hard. We have power outages intermittently, but not for days at a time. I have friends who lose their power quite a bit and they have invested in one of those generators, too. When they lose power, because they are on a well, they can not even flush their toilets! Hence, the need for the generator!
Well, we got the snow here yesterday! Supposed to be raining all week, that will beat the heck out of the flowers.
    Thanks for the prize!

  5. It's amazing how much we miss the "juice" when its gone. We used to loose our power a lot. So we put in a big generator and we haven't lost it for any length of time since;)

  6. I hope your power is back by now. How did those pioneer women make it without all the luxuries that electricity affords? I would never have made it. LOL

    Your giveaways are fabulous!
